    We are currently experiencing degraded performance when accessing some extracted documents. In certain cases, opening a document may display a “Processing” status instead of the document.

    This issue originates from our service provider, and we are working closely with them to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that no documents have been deleted.

    The service provider is currently restoring access, starting with the most recent bills first, so older documents may take a little longer to become accessible again.
